Job Summary
Saven Global is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented US HR Operations Trainees who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and HR Operations supporting the United States workforce. This role will provide hands-on training in HR processes, employee documentation, onboarding support, and HR data management while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Support: Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR operations related to US employees and consultants.
Employee Documentation: Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, background checks, and joining formalities.
HR Data Management: Update and maintain employee data in HR systems and trackers.
Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring HR processes follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Employee Communication: Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related queries and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR Operations / HR Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a structured and process-driven environment. What We Offer
