The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to expand our presence within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Enterprise Customers in India. If you know how to sell IT services, build C-level relationships, and close strategic deals—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Own and grow key accounts in the GCC & enterprise space.
• Drive end-to-end IT services sales—from prospecting to deal closure.
• Pitch solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, enterprise apps, and AI/automation.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and procurement heads to align solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor winning proposals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5–8 years in IT services sales, preferably with GCC or enterprise clients.
• Proven success selling solutions like cloud, ERP, infra, cybersecurity, and managed IT.
• Solid understanding of GCC models, IT needs, and outsourcing trends.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Bonus Points:
• Strong network within GCCs across BFSI, healthcare, retail, or tech.
• Awareness of compliance frameworks like GDPR, ISO, NIST.
• Degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
