Responsibilities-
Employee Relations
o Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns.
o Addressing workplace conflicts and resolving grievances.
o Promoting a positive work culture and fostering employee engagement.
o Managing disciplinary actions and terminations as necessary.
Policy Implementation
o Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
o Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
o Communicating policies to employees and providing guidance as needed.
Payroll and Timesheets
o Overseeing the accurate processing of employee payroll, ensuring timely and error-free payments.
o Managing timesheets, attendance records, and leave balances to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
o Collaborating with finance teams for payroll reconciliations and statutory compliance.
o Addressing payroll-related queries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
o Ensuring adherence to tax regulations, benefits deductions, and other statutory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
o Managing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy.
o Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
o PF/ESIC Enrollments 5. Key Skills and Qualities o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. o Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
o Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and related tools.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
