Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve company growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the current services area.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
• Building a sales framework that can be replicated across the organization
• Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new business and customers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, their needs, in the areas of Cloud / Data / Testing/Web development…..etc
• Nurture rolodex leads, Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively qualifying and nurturing leads.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales materials, proposals, and customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the areas of focus.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing continuous support and solutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and drive customer engagement and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, customer success, and ongoing account management.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Desired profile:
• 8+ years of experience driving growth for IT/software companies from the North American/Europe/Middle east market
• Must have good knowledge of technology services, software development lifecycle, and sales practices in the IT industry
• Should be an individual contributor as well as a sales team leader.
• Excellent listening and English written and communications skills, and negotiation skills to close/win deals.
• Proven track record of successful business development and customer acquisition in the Cloud, Digital Transformation, Digital Assurance.
• Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the areas of focus.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
