Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Business Development Lead for the position of Manager – Business Development. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in business development, with a strong emphasis on promotional material production, distribution review, and resource development.

Responsibilities
• Lead efforts in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
• Oversee the production and timely distribution of promotional materials.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance promotional material review processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify growth trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients using MS PowerPoint.
• Use MS Excel for data analysis and report generation to support business development activities.
• Draft and edit professional documents in MS Word.
• Manage email communication and scheduling through Outlook-Emails.
• Ensure all promotional activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for promotional material production and review.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years of business development experience, with a focus on promotional material production and distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Experience in promotional material review and resource development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with Outlook-Emails is a bonus.
